Returns & Cancellations
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if any.This includes unopened case sales. If a case has been opened, it cannot be returned. The unopened items must be returned within 14 days of the product being purchased. This date is based on each individual product purchase date, not the date of order placement or payment. Big Boy Collectibles will refund you the entire purchase price of the item (shipping fees to and from Big Boy Collectibles will not be refunded).
Our policy lasts 14 days. Items returned within the 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. unfortunately, If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Opened items are any products that have had the factory sealed tape removed, or where there is clear evidence the product packaging has been opened.
We are not able to accept any figure(s) or item(s) that have been disassembled or modified in any way, due to the overall quality and integrity being compromised.
Please note that this return policy applies only to shipped items you have received.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Parcels returned due to customer's failure to provide a correct/valid shipping address will be assessed a handling and re-shipment charge. To avoid misunderstandings and disappointment, read the detailed description for each shipping service we offer. Order cancellations resulting from this situation will be assessed a 15% restocking fee, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
International Customers (Outside the USA) :
If the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product, we will issue store credit for what it would reasonably cost to ship the item back to us using a cost-efficient method. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back and paying for the actual shipping fees.
If the return is for any other reason, we will not pay for the return shipping fees and you will be responsible for all shipping costs without reimbursement. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.
Damaged and Defective Items:
Any defective item or item damaged in transit can be exchanged for a replacement of the same item (or a replacement part depending on the issue), if you send us the request within 15 days of receiving your order. If the item is no longer available, we will be happy to issue a refund.
We may request that you e-mail a picture of your broken or defective item to help us determine what exactly is wrong and if a replacement part would be helpful.
The following issues do not qualify as a defective product:
Minor cosmetic paint issues
This cancellation policy applies only to items that have not yet shipped. Items that have shipped are subject to our returns policy.
Most orders that have not yet reached the warehouse for shipping can be canceled within your Big Boy Collectibles account. Once an order reaches the warehouse it cannot be canceled.
Refund is automatically issued for any canceled order or products that are paid in full. Please contact Customer Service to have your original form of payment refunded.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
