This Joecon Fuchsia Tomax Exclusive action figure was part of the 2002 bagged set and comes exactly as shown.
This fuchsia version of Tomax was only available at the 2002 G.I.Joe Convention "Legacy of Valor" at Norfolk, Virginia. Tomax was included with a bagged set (unofficially named the "Fuschia Guard") that included a Fuchsia Baroness, Tomax, Fuchsia Xamot, and twelve Fuchsia Vipers.
