This Joecon Fuchsia Viper Exclusive action figure was part of the 2002 bagged set and comes exactly as shown.
This fuchsia version of Viper was only available at the 2002 G.I.Joe Convention "Legacy of Valor" at Norfolk, Virginia. Viper was included with a bagged set (unofficially named the "Fuchsia Guard") that included a Fuchsia Baroness, Fuchsia Tomax, Fuchsia Xamot, and twelve fuchsia Vipers.
